A warm Welcome to Monsoon Restaurant and Takeaway in Hollywood, Birmingham.
The best Indian food isn't found in Maharaja's palaces or street stalls, its passed down from generation to generation of Indian families.
The flavours of real Indian food are created by complex combinations of freshly prepared spice mixes ground individually for each dish. These are then cooked in a authentic way, by Monsoon's chefs, in the same way thats been passed down over generations.
